Purpose of data processing

The data provided in the contact form shall be solely and exclusively used to manage your inscription to the “XVI Jornadas Internacionales de Equipos Eléctricos –XVII International Electric Equipment Conference – JIEEC 2022”. This can involve since the identification of the attendants and the payments, till communications about logistic issues, the program, satisfaction survey and others, but in all cases related to the attendance to the event.

Data storage

The data shall be stored during the time needed for the execution of the contract (attendance to the event) and subsequent legal obligations. The processing of these data will finish when these obligations have been complied with.

What legitimize us to process your data

Your data has to be processed for the performance of a contract in which you are involved or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken in response to your request, as the article 6.1.b. of the GDPR legitimizes.
