Purpose of data processing
The data provided in the contact form shall be solely and exclusively used to manage your inscription to the “XVI Jornadas Internacionales de Equipos Eléctricos –XVI International Electric Equipment Conference – JIEEC 2019”. This can involve since the identification of the attendants and the payments, till communications about logistic issues, the program, satisfaction survey and others, but in all cases related to the attendance to the event.
The data shall be stored during the time needed for the execution of the contract (attendance to the event) and subsequent legal obligations. The processing of these data will finish when these obligations have been complied with.
