For the purposes of that which is stipulated in Act of Parliament 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, TECNALIA hereby informs you that the personal data you provide will be incorporated into two computer files owned by the Foundation Tecnalia Research and Innovation, hereinafter TECNALIA, the Basque Institute of Competitiveness – Deusto Foundation, hereinafter ORKESTRA and the Ente Vasco de la Energía, hereinafter  EVE.

The gathering and processing of personal data is designed to manage the information supplied to handle your enrolments for the event, to keep you informed about anything that may take place in connection with this event.

Hereby, the user gives TECNALIA, ORKESTRA and  EVE the permission to publish any photography taken during the event where the user is present. These images could be broadcasted in different digital channels of TECNALIA, ORKESTRA and EVE but always with informative aims, never for commercial purposes.

Likewise, you will be able to exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel and challenge through the e-mail addresses info@tecnalia.com and secretaria@orkestra.deusto.es. Any authorization you may have granted can be modified or withdrawn at any time.

COOKIES

JIEEC’s Web page makes use of cookies for storing the user’s surfing preferences. Likewise, it incorporates Google Analytics which also creates its own cookies used exclusively for the purposes of statistics and the analysis of user behaviour when use is made of this web site.
